1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

2. Delivery Options (UK Only)

Next Day Delivery

Delivered the next working day (order before 2:00 PM)
Flat rate: £4.99
Free on orders over £30

Standard Delivery

Delivery within 2–4 business days
Flat rate: £2.99

3. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use it to follow your delivery via our courier partner.

4. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, incorrect addresses, or external conditions. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We only ship within the United Kingdom and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All orders require age verification (18+) upon delivery, in line with UK vape product regulations.
