Return Policy – Unique Spot

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, vape products cannot be returned if the packaging is opened. This includes e-liquids, vape kits, coils, pods, and disposable vapes.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
